Customer killed at Rajouri dhaba

New Delhi: A 29-year-old man died after an altercation at a dhaba in Rajouri Garden on Tuesday night. The cops have arrested two persons identified as Ketan Narula and Ajay Narula. The incident happened at Kafilla Dhaba where the victim, Harneet Singh Sachdeva, had gone with friends. DCP, West district, Vichitra Veer said, “Sachdeva placed an order at the dhaba and a delay in serving the food led to a heated argument between him and the staff. The staff called owners Ketan Narula and Ajay Narula, who reached the spot with some persons and a fight ensued between the victim his friends and the owners.” The man, as per reports, was beaten with sticks and a sharp object. CJI to hear tree felling case

New Delhi: The contempt case against Delhi Development Authority Vice-Chairman Subhasish Panda over felling of trees in the Ridge will now be heard by a Bench headed by CJI DY Chandrachud. The matter was being heard by a SC Bench comprising Justices Abhay S Oka and Ujjal Bhuyan. pti
