Special invitee JS Titiyal, Chief of RP Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences & Dean at AIIMS, served as the chief guest and provided valuable insights into eye donation, eye care, research and initiatives in the field. He launched the Eye Donation Awareness Fortnight by releasing promotional leaflets. aiming to increase awareness and participation in eye donation.
