GARBAGE can be spotted near the garbage dump in Diygran village of Panchrukhi sub-tehsil. This trash has been here for a very long time, and has been causing a lot of inconvenience to the people. The garbage gives off a foul smell, and the threat of various diseases spreading looms over the village residents. Despite requests being made to the panchayat pradhan, no action has been taken so far. The authorities seem least bothered about the issue. Patients face inconvenience due to strike at IGMC

DUE to the ongoing strike at IGMC, Shimla, patients have to stand in queues for hours to get medical treatment. Nobody is present at the registration counter to tend to the patients, much to the dismay of visitors coming from far-flung areas. The hospital authorities should ensure that patients do not face any inconvenience the hospital. Anil, Shimla
