The kindergarten students and staff of the school celebrated Raksha Bandhan. The celebration began with the morning assembly, during which the teachers explained the significance of the festival. They highlighted the meaning of the sacred thread of ‘rakhi”. The teachers also shared stories and legends associated with the festival. Students were dressed in vibrant and traditional attire. The highlight of the celebration was the ritual of tying rakhis, which the children carried out with great enthusiasm. They tied rakhis on their friends’ wrists, exchanged sweet treats, and shared warm hugs. The students also tied rakhis on the wrist of Principal Vishali Kaushal, who in return pledged to provide a safe, secure, and congenial environment for them to learn and grow.
