The Police Department today demolished a drug smuggler’s property made with black money.

Officials said a team demolished a property of Karnail Singh, a resident of Basola village in Pinjore, which he had made through drug smuggling. The police said a total of 11 cases of drug smuggling were registered against Karnail Singh in Panchkula since 1998. A number of cases were also registered against him in other districts and states, including Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. Police officials said earlier, they had demolished such properties made by six other drug smugglers.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Himadri Kaushik said people should inform the police about any kind of information related to drug abuse on WhatsApp number 708-708-1100. The name and address of the person giving the information would be kept confidential.
